1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. Please check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account under “My Orders” or using the courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes and products. COD availability will be shown at checkout. A nominal COD handling fee may apply.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated (excluding shipping charges for prepaid orders).
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Public holidays and national events
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Pin code not serviceable by the courier partner
