At JustBuying, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Personal care and beauty products (if opened/used)
• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable software
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@justbuying.in with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.
3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: 1-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
• Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
